Take your gold or precious metal ore and feed into the “Candy Machine” and get the proper finish size needed for proper hard rock gold and silver extraction. AR500 hammers and anti-abrasion attack plates on the interior walls of the mill provide for a fast and efficient processing of your material. Screens are interchangeable and are protected by a 1/4” thick anti-abrasion punch plate on the dual 4” outputs on the front left of the mill.

This gold ore mill is built to perform and provide long term use with minimum maintenance. Our rotating assembly is made to provide easy replacement of hammers and screens. Each hammer set is comprised of 2 hammers that counter rotate 20 degrees in opposition as the flails make impact allowing for a sharper impact point for harder material breakdown and allowing for more efficient processing times compare to standard hammers.

As material approaches the front of the mill a vacuum is created by the hammers allowing for the material to be naturally attracted to dual discharges. Our screens are laser cut and protected by a 1/4” thick replaceable punchplate allowing for longer use before replacement.

Heavy duty 2” shaft attached to a 16.5HP gas engine provides countless tons of milling operation with simple maintenance. The rotational mass in the mill coupled with the RPM range prevents unnecessary slowdowns or bogging of the mill.
