Candy Mountain Mining Company was conceived by Kiel Schleusner through dedication, education, and hard earned effort. A company based on morals and a goal to provide every gold miner or prospector out there the tools and resources available to allow them to become successful in their own measurable way.

I have traveled the United States exploring remote hard to access regions in search for gold, gemstones, silver and the allure of the American Prospector. From a very early age I was exposed to geology in the form of fossils and caves. Going with my Dad on numerous fossil hunting trips searching and learning about the great wonders of our world. Which grew through the years hunting agates through Minnesota, prospecting gold through the rocky mountains, or exploring remote regions of the west in search of gemstones and historic mining operations.
