NOTICE OF INTENT & PLAN OF OPERATIONS FILINGS

pROPERLY PERMITTING YOUR MINING CLAIM IS CRUCIAL TO BEING SUCCESSFUL

NOTICE OF INTENT

Operations that fall into this category usually are doing reclaim work, small scale mining, bulk sampling programs, underground access programs, drilling and other small scale operations. This program is great for operations needing to determine the best course for long term project phasing and actionable plans. Many small recreational mining claims fall into this category.

PLAN OF OPERATIONS

Operations that fall into this category usually are large or moderate scale operations. This is for bulk processing of material, various scale dredging operations, power-sluice operation, powered equipment operations, as well as both Placer and Lode claim projects fall into this category. Depending on the state and governing agency this can be lengthy and costly service, allow Candy Mountain to make it cheaper and easier.

Properly executing a Notice of Intent (NOI) requires excellent data collection in the initial phases of the project outlook. Candy Mountain utilizes all of your project data, goals, intentions, equipment, camping, and entire project scope and designs a Notice of Intent for your area that we can field represent for you to allow for fast access to mining operations.

We have designed NOI’s for bulk sampling programs, drilling, reclamation, dredging, dry land, wet land, and underground operations. We have many successful NOI’s in South Dakota, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, & Nevada.

NOTICE OF INTENT

IMPORTANT FIRST STEP IN PROPERLY PERMITTING YOUR OPERATION.

PLAN OF OPERATIONS

CRITICAL PHASE REQUIRING EXTREME ACCURACY AND DILIGENCE.

A properly written Plan of Operations (PoO) can be anywhere from 40-150 pages long depending on the operational needs and the scope of work. Every Plan of Operations needs to be extremely accurate and detailed. All and every possibly variable is considered on our end to provide a clear scope to the governing agencies.

Candy Mountain utilizes best practices in our initial NOI phases to establish the data for a properly executed Plan of Operations. This includes properly managing samples and sample data, mapping methods, data collection, equipment, logistical, and environmental impact data.

Candy Mountain Mining Company is your field representative during the Plan of Operations phase allowing us to be in-field during the technical review phase of each project and protect your best interests and goals.

Plan of Operations can take sometimes up to a year for approval. Knowing this Candy Mountain is able to work through the system in a manner that most are unable due to our experience and connections within the governing agencies.
